All Lil North Co products ship from our Ontario Canada Warehouse.
We currently offer free shipping across Canada and the Continental United States on orders over $100 before taxes (with the exclusion of the Canadian & US territories, Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes). For orders under $100, we offer flat rate shipping options as follows:

Please note at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We aim to process online orders between 48-72 hours. You will receive an email notifying you when your package has been shipped.

If your order is a gift, please place an order note with your gift message so we can include a complimentary note!
Unfortunately, if a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To avoid this, please be sure to look out for any delivery attempt notifications.
Lil North Co is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes on international shipments. Payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
Unfortunately at this time Lil North Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your item. Returned items must be unwashed, unused and in original condition and packaging. In order to process a return, fill out the form below. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and items will be inspected upon arrival. We will notify you when your return is accepted and processed. Please note, original shipping charges are not refundable.
Seasonal items are accepted for returns prior to specific dates as indicated in product listings. Please note for hygenic reasons, silicone feeding items (excluding bibs) are final sale.
